The perfect sundowner. Whether as an aperitivo or as a classic long drink - a must for every celebration.
Ingredients:
- 3cl LACASCARA liqueur
- 4cl tequila (preferably an añejo)
- 150ml orange juice
- 1/2 orange slice
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
Fill the long drink glass with large ice cubes ("prechill"), which will cool down the glass.
Add LACASCARA Aperitivo and wait for it to sink to the bottom.
Slowly float the glass over a spoon with tequila and orange juice.
A color gradient from red to yellow is created in the glass.
