Fruity spicy oranges

LACASCARA oranges are a great addition to numerous desserts (e.g. over vanilla ice cream) or over lamb's lettuce with goat cheese.


  • Oranges
  • Brown raw cane sugar



Fillet the oranges.

Caramelize the sugar in the pan and add the orange fillets.

Then deglaze with LACASCARA.

The fruity-tart notes of the LACASCARA liqueur go perfectly with the aromas of the orange.
