How can I return an order?

You can return your order within 14 days without giving any reason using a shipping service provider of your choice.

Ist ein Versand ins Ausland möglich?

Due to consumption taxes, we are only able to ship alcoholic beverages (e.g. spirits) in Germany. Unfortunately, shipping abroad to private individuals is not possible.

What is LACASCARA® Aperitivo?

LACASCARA® is a slightly bitter, fruity aperitif with the exotic taste of cascara (pulp of the coffee cherry), grapefruits and raspberries.

It contains 16% vol. Alcohol and due to its composition it belongs to the category of liqueurs.

What is the cascara fruit?

Cascara is the the red pulp of the coffee cherry that surrounds the coffee bean.

100% upcycling: While coffee production focuses on the bean, cascara has remained unused and was wasted in large quantities.

Cascara impresses with its fruity, tart taste that is reminiscent of rose hips and spicy honey.

What ingredients are contained in LACASCARA® Aperitivo?

Many aperitifs contain numerous artificial additives (colorings, acidulants, stabilizers, sweeteners, etc.). This way the price of production can be reduced.

We have decided to completely avoid artificial additives. The taste and color of LACASCARA® Aperitivo are made of fruits.

Using our self-developed, particularly gentle manufacturing process, we extract the characteristic aromas and the red color from the fruits.

How to drink LACASCARA® Aperitivo?

Enjoy LACASCARA® Aperitivo best mixed with a sparkling wine or with tonic water. You can also drink it on the rocks or use it in many desserts.

Does LACASCARA® contain caffeine?

Due to our special manufacturing process LACASCARA® does not contain caffeine.

What ingredients are contained in LACASCARA®?

Our aperitif contains no artificial additives.

The combination of cascara, grapefruits and raspberries give our aperitif its natural red color and the unique taste.

Cascara is the red pulp of the coffee cherry that covers the coffee bean.

Cascara doesn't taste like coffee, it has a fruity, slightly bitter taste reminding of rose hips and spicy honey.

Who is LACASCARA® not suitable for?

LACASCARA® is an premium aperitivo that can be purchased from the age of 18. It should be enjoyed responsibly.

Of course, LACASCARA® is not suitable for children, breastfeeding or pregnant women. Please remember that alcohol can harm the (unborn) child at any stage.

How long does LACASCARA® last?

LACASCARA® has no best before date (BBD). The alcohol content ensures that our product has a long shelf life - even without refrigerating it.

Since we do not use any artificial additives, we recommend storing the bottle in a cool place and protected from light.

Is LACASCARA® gluten-free, vegan and lactose-free?

Yes. Our LACASCARA® liqueur is vegan and is produced without the use of animal ingredients. It contains neither gluten nor lactose.

Are the products subject to a deposit and how are they recycled?

There is no deposit system for spirits and drinks like LACASCARA® Spritz in Germany or the EU.

Our glass bottles are 100% recyclable. Please dispose the bottles in glass containers.

Where do you get cascara from?

We source Cascara from “Direct Trade”, from coffee farmers in Colombia and Peru. Cascara is sorted by hand and dried in the sun.

We are constantly working on new innovative products. We will inform you on our website www.lacascara.de/en and on Instagram if a new product is available for purchase.

Do I need a customer account to order something?

No, you do not need a customer account and you can also order in our shop as a guest.

How long is the delivery time for my order?

The regular delivery time is 2-4 working days.

We process all orders as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday.

Can I change my order later?

If your delivery address is incorrect, we will try to take the correction into account. Please send us an email directly to our support with your order number: info@lacascara.de

If your order has been sent, unfortunately we can no longer make any changes .

How much is the shipping?

The shipping costs within Germany are €4.90 including VAT per order.

We deliver free of charge in Germany for orders over €49.

My order is incorrect, broken or incomplete. What can I do?

We are very sorry that there were problems with your order.

We will take care of your request as quickly as possible.

Is shipping to the EU possible?

We only offer shipping within Germany.

We are working on our launch in other countries. You can find our dealers near you here.

Where is my package?

After shipping, you will receive a shipping notification from us by mail including your DHL tracking number.

What payment methods are available in the shop?

We offer you the following payment methods:

Due to alcohol tax, we can only ship within Germany.
