Cascara Espresso Martini

A fruity and slightly bitter espresso martini!


  • 2 cl vodka
  • 2cl espresso
  • 1/4 vanilla bean
  • Ice cubes
  • Popcorn as a garnish

For this recipe you need a cocktail shaker and ideally a strainer.




First add 3-4 ice cubes to the cocktail shaker. Then add 4cl LACASCARA, 2cl vodka and 2cl espresso. Scrape out 1/4 of the vanilla pod with a knife and add the vanilla pulp and the pod to the blender.

Then mix everything vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.

Then pour it through a sieve into the glass. After a few seconds, the characteristic foam crown forms and the dark drink underneath settles slightly.

Finally, top the drink with popcorn as a garnish.
