Here comes a strong, fruity and spicy cocktail. To the “Dark & Stormy” lovers: You have to try this alternative!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lime
- 4cl LACASCARA
- 2cl dark rum
- 2cl lime juice
- Spicy ginger
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and float it with spicy ginger. Leave about 5cl space.
Place half a lime in the cocktail shaker and squeeze well. Then add 2cl dark rum and 3cl LACASCARA. Mix briefly.
Pour the mix over the ice cubes and the spicy ginger.
Best garnished with rosemary. For a special kick, you can add a touch of freshly ground pepper to the drink.
