This fruity-tart refreshment is a great alternative to ice cream or sorbet.
- 40g mango
- 1/4 grapefruit
- 1/4 lemon
- 4cl LACASCARA Aperitivo
- 30ml white wine (preferably a dry Riesling)
- 20ml soda water
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 mint leaves as a garnish
Peel the mango and remove the core. Cut cubes out of the mango.
Put the mango cubes together with 2cl LACASCARA Aperitivo in the electric blender.
Squeeze the grapefruit and lemon and add the juice along with LACASCARA Aperitivo, white wine, water and ice cubes. Mix everything well.
Pour the drink into a cocktail glass. Now carefully pour the remaining 2cl LACASCARA Aperitivo from above into the cocktail bowl so that a beautiful play of colors results in the glass.
To infuse the aroma, hit the mint leaves on your hand and garnish your Frozen Spritz with the mint.
If you don't like it so bitter, you can also replace the grapefruit with orange.
